The collection documents a century of progress in the nursing field. Some overlap with St. Josephs School of Nursing collection exists. The videotapes are of the chapel services arranged by the pastoral care team (Fairfield Health Centrea section of St. Josephs Hospital that has had a variety of uses).

The fonds reflects the development of Harrison's career as a painter following 28 years as a teacher, and consists of the following series: Harrison Family and Personal; Accounting; Teaching; Art Works; Production; Harrison Appearances; Publishing; Projects; Galleries; Photography; and Miscellaneous Objects.

Fonds consists of material documenting early BC Jewish history. Fonds is arranged into two series: Congregation Emanu-El manuscripts; and Letters from Abraham Blackman to his brother Morris, Jewish merchants in colonial British Columbia.

Fonds consists of UBC course notes, written and organized by Ronald Seal for classes that he taught at UBC in Industrial Arts Teacher Training. Interspersed with these materials are Seal’s personal notes from his teacher training at the Normal School in Victoria in the 1930s.

The fonds consists of a certificate of discharge from the CGS Newington for Mackins' service as an able-bodied seaman (1914-1915); an agreement re the vessel the Teucer, and photographs of ships and sailors. Fonds includes a published photograph album with views of Victoria and area.

The fonds consists of the steamship and engineer's logbook for the sealing schooner Fawn as kept by W. Hughes for a sealing hunt in the Bering Sea (1897).

Fonds pertains to the Reformed Episcopal Church in Canada, the United States and England (known as the Free Church of England). The fonds consists of four series:

I. General Synod of the Reformed Episcopal Church of Canada (annual reports, correspondence, constitutions and canons, legal cases and general information, ca.70 cm;

II. Diocese of Western Canada (annual reports, records of individual churchs), ca.150 cm;

III. Free Church of England (yearbooks 1928-1993, and publications), ca.25 cm;

IV. Reformed Episcopal Church USA (newsletters, pamphlets, constitution and canons, general information), ca.25 cm.
The largest portion of the fonds consists of the records of St. Paul's Reformed Episcopal Church, New Westminster, which was from 1883 to 2002. The St. Paul's REC sub-series includes marriage, baptism and burial registers, Vestry records, records of womens groups, scrapbooks and other material.

Fonds consists of the following record series: Victoria Presbytery and Executive meeting minutes (1925-2011); Subject files of the Presbytery Secretary (1955-1986); Correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary (1957-1972); Presbytery committees (1931-1936; 1964-1992); and Financial records (1938-1959).

The fonds consists of articles of association (1900), annual report, correspondence, and invoices and receipts (1905-1906) of the Victoria Sealing Company.

The fonds consists of historical notes, student notes, PhD research data on squid and sardines (including photographic data), lecture notes by subject, and course notes; and files from: Victoria College Biology Department (1958-67), Victoria College Building Committee (1957-58), Victoria College Faculty Association (1952-63), Victoria College Board (1957-63), and Victoria College Faculty and Staff Association, (1949-55).
