The fonds consists of copy prints of the 1925 flood in Dawson City, Yukon, Mrs. MacDonald and others at Twelve Mile, Ryder Camp, Kentucky Point and the tramway at Slate Creek. Also included is a 1917 photograph of Royal North West Mounted Police (RNWMP) members posing in Skagway on their way overseas. All members are identified on the photograph.

Jack Stewart fonds

The fonds primarily consists of photographs relating to Jack Stewart's life as a miner in Conrad City and Carcross, Yukon from 1900 to 1911. The majority of the photographs were taken by Muirhead and Case and Draper and include scenes of Windy Arm, the Venus Mine discovered by Stewart, horse pack teams, the Vancouver Hotel in Conrad City, and construction of the tramway to Montana Mine. Also included are images of Jack Stewart and his sister-in-law, Ethel Bowry, his five children, a horse team pulling the old Vendome Hotel (now known as Watson's Store) from Bennett City to Carcross, and two Muirhead photographs of a dog team and city water works in Atlin, BC.

James Arthur Sutherland fonds

The fonds consists of original card mounted photographs (12 x 10 cm) with three copy negatives. The images were taken by James A. Sutherland while in Dawson City, Yukon in 1899. The photographs depict various scenes around Dawson City including shots of sternwheelers, the Klondike River, buildings and street scenes. Inscriptions are recorded on the back of the photographs. The textual records contain biographical information on J. A. Sutherland recorded by his niece Mary Barnett (ca. 1974) and detailed genealogical tables on the Sutherland family.

Jim Wake fonds

The fonds consists of two diaries of Jim Wake's patrols to Old Crow, Fort Yukon, Johnson's Creek, Whitestone River and other remote areas, photographs and videotaped copies of nine films taken by Jim Wake during his family's stay in the Yukon, 1943-1947. The diaries mention routes, times, people, conditions, and ration lists for the patrols. The fonds also consists of photographs of Dawson City, Yukon River, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) posts, Whitehorse, buses, ski competitions, sternwheelers, a long line-up at the liquor store, highway camps and construction, and train engines. Jim Wake created titles, and accompanying notes for the films.
