Fonds also includes records related to Griesbach's profession and includes certificates of appointment as notary public, King's Counsel, and Senator.

Fonds consists of duplicate certificates of title, Edmonton, Alberta property tax statements, and Municipal District (MD) of Strathcona Number (No.) 518 tax receipts and notices.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to Romeo Lamothe's political career as an MLA for Bonnyville, Alberta and includes agendas/itineraries, articles, biographical/historical sketches, briefs, bylaws, correspondence, draft agreements, invitations, maps and hand drawn maps, memorandum, minutes, MLA reports, newsletters, newspaper clippings, notes, petitions, press releases, radio broadcast transcripts, receipts, recommendations, reports, reports from the Legislature, special committee reports, speeches, and survey reports.

Collection consists of a copied map of the North-West Territory, now Alberta, dating 1874, copied bills and a land agreement belonging to W.F. Smith of Athabasca Landing dating 1897-1907, a pamphlet entitled <em>The Aberhart Plan</em> dating 1935, and a 50th Anniversary issue of <em>The Landing Trail Post</em> newspaper dating 1961.

The collection consists of a photocopy of article regarding the Debtors' Assistance Board, originating from Within Our Borders. The photocopy was made circa 1967. It's unknown who copied the material.

The fonds consists of Harold Tichenor's film productions, in particular for his company, Cinetel, including approximately 180 film elements as well as production files. Titles of productions include Be What You Are/The Magic Bus, Calgary Story, Edmonton Art Gallery, Agriculture Hall of Fame, Avalanche Rescue, a number of training films produced for the Edmonton Transit System, and the award winning Inupiatun, In the Manner of the Eskimo.
