Fonds consists of hand-written original manuscripts by Betty Burton. Includes Betty's story of teaching in a one-room schoolhouse in 1928 in Fort Fraser, a story of Lillian Alling's walk from New York to Dawson in a bid to reach Russia, a history of the Young Ranger Bands, a description of Betty's trip with family from England to Oyama in 1914, a description of two camping holidays in 1944 in Mara and Mabel Lake, a description of a trip down the Shuswap River in a row boat in 1919, and a description of the natural geography of the North Okanagan. It includes a few notes and several lengthy letters to her parents describing in detail experiences during a cruise on the 'Aurania' from Montreal to the Caribbean and around South America to San Francisco and Vancouver in 1940. Fonds also includes certificates from Enderby High School and Provincial Normal School (1922, 1925), a list of settlers' effects (1947) and an autograph album with original drawing and paintings and notes from friends in 1925-1931.

Fonds consists of the records of the City of Enderby Cenotaph Fund Committee from 1936-1937. Includes minutes (1936), general correspondence (1936-1937), lists of subscriptions and subscribers (1936-1937), and some financial records (1936). Records deal with the committee's continuing efforts to raise money for the establishment of a City cenotaph.

Gazette copy of certificate of incorporation for McMahon and Mack Hardware Ltd. (1925), correspondence with suppliers, price lists, a mailing list, a ledger for income and expenses (1928-1932), a list of guns sold (1924-1961), counter sales receipts, a booklet on fretwork, and a price marking system.

Fonds consists of correspondence, speeches, briefs, reports, articles, and newspaper clippings written and collected by Smiley during his activities as a member of STRRADA and the Salmon Arm Municipal Ratepayers Association while researching the water diversion scheme.

Fonds includes the probate records of Henry Harland, including affidavits by John Harland, Oliver Harvey, and A.L. Fortune, certificates, results of the distribution, and invoices. It also includes the probate records of Thomas Harland, Henry's brother, who died intestate in Enderby, March 28, 1891 while assisting in winding up his brother's estate. Of special interest is an affidavit written by Alexander Leslie Fortune, Henry Harland's partner, who describes their activities and lists the quantity and value of their farm products and implements, their income, expenses and debt.
