Series contains records related created by the students graduating from the School of Nursing. Series consists of the financial records for 1974 and 1975 related to the hosting of the Year Book Tea known as “A Fond Farewell” and the Guest book signed by attendees at the tea in 1974. In 1987 some of the remaining blank pages in the Guest book were used, possibly for the Annual Homecoming event.

Series consists of team minutes and agendas, final reports, newsletters, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) publications, process mapping reports, and Region Sector profiles. The process mapping report is a summary of the functions and business processes of each HRM business unit; the Region Sector profiles contain information regarding emergency measure preparation for geographic areas in HRM.

Series forms part of Municipality of the District of Argyle Taxation fonds and consists of minutes; correspondence; applications for employment as assessors; letters of appointment to assessors and assistant assessors; budgets; budget sharing accounts showing the amounts payable by the Town of Yarmouth, and the Municipalities of Yarmouth, Argyle and Clare towards the costs of the assessment office; balance sheets; lists of expenditures; financial journal; trial balance book; reports of the director of assessment to the Regional Assessment Committee, etc.

Series forms part of Nova Scotia Registry of Deeds fonds and consists of registers recording the sale or transfer of land between grantor and grantee, the assignment and release of mortgages, and judgments issued by the Supreme or County Courts that affected deeded land or mortgages. Some of the registers may also contain plans sketched or pasted onto the page to accompany the deeds. Loose plans were separated by the registry and were included in deed records transferred to the Archives.; Series also includes four Books of Indexes, 1834-1859, which provide the registration date and time, the book and page reference to the land transactions register, and the names of the parties. These index books were replaced by a newer index system. Other records included in this series are: two volumes of Canadian Farm Loan Board Mortgage Registers, 1937-1949; supplementary agreements; and microfilmed Land Grant records, 1854-1969 (original Land Grants remain in the Department's custody).
