The fonds consists of materials created by the Saint John's School for boys in 1997. The fonds consists of the Athabasca Brigade 1997 Log Book and Trip Guide and a letter of thanks sent to camp hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Darlene Zelman. The log book holds GPS readings for locations on the Athabasca River. There is a good description of the Grand Rapids portage trail.

There is also an audio cassette taped in 2003 of a conversation with Billy's daughter, Ellen Bishop; her daughter, Carol Yayechnick; and a nephew, William Loutit. The family were in Athabasca to assist in the first Billy Loutit Triathlon.
