This fonds consists of copies of archival records and printed works about Loyalists, assembled by Van Wart, probably sometime in the 1930s. There is information about Loyalists in both Ontario and New Brunswick. Some of Van Wart's correspondence is included.

The John Clarence Webster Fonds consists mainly of his correspondence from the mid 1920s to 1950. Documents from his time in Edinburgh, Montreal and Chicago have been placed with his personal papers. Other personal papers include letters of condolence, memberships, and invitations. Correspondence relating to the acquistion of artifacts for his Canadiana collection has been grouped together as a series following the arrangement of the published catalogues. His work on boards and committees forms another series with the exception of the Committee of Management, Quebec House, England which was kept with the Wolfe series. His collection of manuscripts and his historical correspondence have been arranged by subject. Other correspondence has been arranged in the general correspondence series.

Odell family

This fonds consists of family and business correspondence, estate records, property deeds and other records. The records of Jonathan Odell include his poetry and literary correspondence, his sermons, general correspondence and accounts. There are also records of his church appointments and some notebooks.

The records of William F. Odell include his correspondence, appointments, some surveyors' notebooks and his accounts. Records of William H. Odell also include correspondence, appointments and accounts. There are also records of Benjamin Kent, the Hailes family, Elizabeth Baillie, Samuel Cooke, James Hunter, William Botsford, Alexander Ross and Hugh Johnston.

There are family deeds and grants and other records of property belonging to or managed by the family including property in Nova Scotia, the College lands (reserved for the building of the King's College, which became University of New Brunswick), Rookwood and the Hermitage. There is correspondence with the Fredericton Parks Association, 1886-1921 about setting up a public park (Odell Park) on land formerly owned by the family and records of properties owned by Jonathan Bliss.

This fonds includes the correspondence of James White, 1768-1809, and of James White Jr., 1812-1815. There are ships' accounts, 1761-1788 including specific accounts for masts, orders, 1779-1796, bills of sale, 1761, 1782 and contracts, 1772-1784. White's records as assistant Superintendent of Indian Affairs, 1778-1781 and as deputy Collector, 1783-1785 are also included, along with records of his role as justice of the peace, 1779-1783, 1793 and in various parish offices, 1788-1814.

They also include Jarvis genealogical material, correspondence relating to the New Brunswick Rifle Association, William Munson Jarvis' grammar school reports and attendance cards, and newspaper clippings.
