Fonds consists of one spiral notebook containing minutes and information on participants and publicity for future Seed Savers' events, a duotang containing financial records, and two 3-ring binders containing membership lists, newsletters, correspondence, laser photographs and newspaper clippings documenting the club's activities.

The fonds consists of a minute book (including constitution), from Oct. 6, 1911 to Nov. 5, 1915, and a cashbook, 1914-1915.

Fonds consists of a pound register (1955-1982) which describes the stray, the date, the owner, and the expenses incurred. Also, included is the Notice of the Pound District Act for Deep Creek, a map outlining the territory, correspondence, copies of the Livestock Act and the regulations, and several expense forms (1970-1982).

Fonds consists of typed and handwritten transcripts written by Beryl Wamboldt. Includes 'Pioneer Tips and tales' and 'NOCA Provider's Program', reference materials on the dairy industry, rough drafts and general notes for articles on NOCA, correspondence, homestead patent (1895) and original article on Valecairn Farm, and photographs.
