Includes annual financial reports of the municipal districts of Dinton, Marquis, and Harmony (1938-1939). Includes one file of Emanuel Randle's personal papers, including prospectuses and statements from coal and oil companies (1930-1945).

The fonds includes Hugh Johnson's homestead receipt (1903); letter from a cousin (1908); report on analysis of a water sample (1922); Deputy Returning Officer's statement for Cayley (1935 provincial election); correspondence, financial reports, budgets, agendas, and minutes accumulated as a trustee of Foothills School Division (1939-1943); receipts and invoices; and farm account book (1957-1960).

The fonds includes the School Board minutes (1903-1927), debenture for construction of the school (1904), tax rolls (1909-1927), tax receipts (1915-1918, 1925-1930), insurance certificates (1917, 1926, 1929), correspondence, school attendance registers (1913, 1919, 1922-1923, 1925-1932), receipts and invoices (mostly 1927-1930), cancelled cheques, cheque stubs.

Fonds consists of records relating to Freda Herrin Gilbert's high school and family life, and her profession as a teacher in West Vancouver. The materials include high school certificates and newsletters, photographs of Gilbert's classes and colleagues, and family records including information relating to her brother-in-law Harry Dickson and her father William Herrin.

The fonds consists of material relating to the professional and personal life of Louise Spratley who played an important role in the West Vancouver community as editor of the Lions Gate Times, special assistant to BC Federal Cabinet Minister the Hon. Jack Davis, freelance journalist, and consultant for the District of West Vancouver. The fonds also includes material relating to one of Louise's sisters, Hilda Cryderman, a B.C. teacher who gained national status as a strong advocate of women's rights and issues, and was a member of the Order of Canada.
