The fonds consists of D.W. Patterson's memoirs and a short story, Rose Patterson's memoirs and a photographic scrapbook detailing the activities of the Grande Prairie Women's Institute from [1925-1970], Dorothy Hall's personal record, the document admitting D.W. Patterson to the Law Society of Alberta, 1914, a program for the visit of the Earl of Bessborough in 1933, newsclippings concerning the death of Judge Sissons and appointment of Donald as Assistant Chief Judge, 4 portraits and several scanned copies of family photos, and miscellaneous papers and letters.

The fonds of the Grande Prairie Crime Watch Association consists of membership lists from 1980-2002, attendance records for meetings 1997-2002, a record of receipts in 1998, and a description of the activities of the association written by Gordon Mackey, member and past president of the association.

The Frontiersmen fonds consists of executive records (1964-1999), membership records (1961-2001), financial records (1962-1998), activities scrapbooks (1961-1996), correspondence, Ladies Auxiliary (1974-1981), and records from associated organizations of the Alberta Provincial Command and the Canadian Division of Frontiersmen.

The fonds consists of 1 portrait of T. W. Lawlor as barrister and mayor; 7 photographs relating to civic duties, including the official visit of Governor General Lord Tweedsmuir, in 1939; and 2 post cards (one of which shows a military parade) of Richmond Avenue, Grande Prairie.
