Collection consists of 3 series: Mount Allison Academy team photographs, 1878; Mount Allison ladies' basketball team photographs and historical notes, 1909-1953; Mount Allison men's teams photographs and historical notes, 1889-1953, which includes football, 1890-1953; hockey, 1896-1953; basketball, 1911-1953; track, 1912-1953; and gymnastics, 1889-1890.

Collection contains a signed Spruce Kings hat, a signed game puck and a letter to Al Lefebvre of UNBC.

The fonds consists of photographs of early Prince Rupert showing the building of the town site from the first pile driven to build the wharf in 1906, the first grade of the railway in 1908, the first GTP passenger train, and scenes of early Prince Rupert and the surrounding area up until to the 1920s. There are photographs of people in Prince Rupert, including family and colleagues, nurses during WWI, the drydock, planes, parades, boats, steamships, reservoirs, the Skeena River, Ocean Falls, the cold storage plant, football games, picnics, fire trucks, one photograph of native children in Metlakatla, and a logging camp at Alice Arm. It also includes a certificate of appointment from when Ernest was made a Notary Public on September 21, 1909 and a postcard received by Ernest in Prince Rupert in July 1907, mailed from England June 3, 1907.

The fonds consists of materials collected and compiled by JAHSENA in 2003. The videocassette is of the Negev Dinner held in Mr. Feldman's honour in 1993.

The collection consists of Valentich's research materials for her Red Mile project.

Collection consists of approximately 630 playing card sets from many parts of the world. The collection reflects not only Dr. Johnston's collecting passion but also his desire that the collection provide research material complementing resources in the Eugene Strens Recreational Mathematics Collection. During his lifetime, Dr. Johnston had also speculated on the possibility of inviting designs for University of Calgary playing cards which could be used for fund raising purposes to support the music archives collection.

The fonds consists of approximately 40,000 photo images (prints, transparencies and negatives) created or commissioned by the Communications Group, one of the six Groups which made up OCO. Most of them are from the Information Services Division. Some, mostly duplicates of those from Information Services, are from Products and Advertising and from Community Relations. All of this material is in English. Most of the images are in colour, the transparencies are 35mm and enclosed in slide cases, and photo prints are 8 x 10" or smaller. Some of what are referred to as negatives are in fact internegatives made from transparencies. This material is in very good physical condition. These photo images were commissioned and created for the purposes of publicizing the 1988 Olympic Winter Games before they occurred, of educating people about the Games, and of documenting preparation for the Games and the Games themselves. OCO'88 used them as research material and as a record of its activities. The fonds consists of images from Seba Beach, originally dating circa (ca.) 1910, of the beachfront, the lake, picnics, store exteriors and interiors, a baseball team and canoes and canoeing, and images from Lesser Slave Lake and Waterways, originally dating from 1930s and 1940s, possibly once belonging to Knute Booth, of commercial fishing operations.
