This collection consists of material from the Swift Canadian Co. Ltd meat processing plant in Edmonton, including a 1974 price list, a American Can Company: The Top End Double Seam for Round Sanitary Type Process Cans manual from 1948, and 70 colour slides of the interior of the Swift processing plant.

The collection consists of sports ticket stubs, the Oiler Hockey Team calendar for 1984-5, a program from the Nexus Theatre's run of Life After Hockey, souvenir programs, invitations and a commemorative mug from the opening of the Northeast (Kennedale) Integrated Services Complex, a Miles for Millions certificate, A souvenir program of School Flag Raising Ceremony 1965, a Confederation Train brochure and Our Alberta Heritage folder with inserts and a copy of The Roughneck, March 1963.

The collection consists of ledgers and correspondence relating to the Edmonton Tannery, 1930-1952. The collection reveals much of the day to day business of the tannery. Also included are the private correspondence and business papers of John B. Lidstone.

This collection consist of David Capelazo's research into shipping in Northern Alberta, including material on Northern Transportation Company Ltd, S.S. Distributor, S.S. McKenzie River, S.S. Slave River, S.S. Northern Light, S.S. Peace River, Scows, York Boats, The City of Edmonton, and the S.S. Wrigley. This collection also includes plans and newspaper clippings on the Edmonton Queen river boat.

The fonds consists of maps, Real Estate Board Listings, reports and books dealing with real estate business primarily in the 1950's and 1960's. The book titles are: <i>Economic Growth Report: The City of Edmonton</i> (1965) prepared by Weber Bros. Agencies and <i>The General Plan: City of Edmonton</i> (1967).

The collection consists of equipment brochures, an auction sales poster, and a business card from Nichols Brothers Limited Machine Shop collected between ca. 1960 and ca. 1969.

The collection consists of a price list for MacDonalds Consolidated (1944), a copy of the <i>Evening Journal</i> (09/02/05) and a Klondike Days Special reproduction of the <i>Edmonton Bulletin</i>(02/10/1898), reprinted in 1966.

The collection consists of a photograph and article (transcribed) on the Columbia House a.k.a. the Big Hotel, a copy of the <i>Edmonton Journal</i> (12/29/53) and a souvenir of Edmonton Schools 1911.

The copy of "Baughman's Buying and Selling Lumber" belonged to Ted Mayall who worked at John Walter's lumberyard in the wholesale and retail store in 1910.
