The collection pertains to Matt Berry's and Wop May's careers as bush pilots and includes copied photographs circa 1930s to the 1940s featuring Matt Berry and Wop May as well as other individuals and subjects related to air travel in northern Alberta including Frank Harley (Berry's mechanic) carrying canoes, Cranberry Portage, airplanes, airplane wrecks, Bathhurst Inlet, Harry Hayter and Curtis Robine, Patsy Xlengenberg's residence on Wilmot Island, K.V. salvage operations on Lake Athabasca, McMurray airport construction, installing floats on an airplane, hand-made carriage and track for wood hauling on Boar Island, R.H. Collection consists of postcards depicting the McKenzie Bridge and various street views in Fort Macleod, Alberta.

The fonds consists of a photograph album with twenty-four photographs of the North West Territories (Alberta and Saskatchewan) and Manitoba, featuring trains, riverboats, picnics, parades, a fire brigade, natives and native encampments, Doukabors, mining, a hotel, the St. Andrew's Lockport bridge, Countess Grey, and a toboggan slide.

The collection is made up of five photographs donated to the Provincial Archives of Alberta from the collection of the Medicine Hat Museum and Art Gallery. The photographs include one photo of soldiers and nurses in front of St. Stephen's College, University of Alberta, one of Cadomin Mines, one of construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway bridge in Edmonton, one of construction of the High Level Bridge in Edmonton, and one of the horse "Edgewood Boy" owned by Alex Galbraith and Sons, Edmonton.

Collection consists of photocopies of a map of Redcliff, Alberta and articles and transcribed articles, and historical and biographical sketches, dating 1889-1967, predominant 1961-1969, written by various authors about people, industries, and events in Redcliff. Also includes a Redcliff Motors Company catalogue dated 1967.

Collection consists of copied photographs dating 1901-ca.1940 that depict various people, views, and buildings in Peace River, Alberta including street views, an airplane, an oil well, a First Nations camp, a ferry, school children, boats, a funeral procession, and flood waters. Fonds also includes a postcard depicting the King George Hotel in Cochrane, Alberta dated 1910.

Collection consists of various pamphlets regarding the postal system in Canada dating 1914-1931, blank letterhead for Strathcona's Horse, an advertising newsletter for the dentist Dr. H. Barrie Millican of Calgary, Alberta dated ca. 1919, a contest poster from General Mailstores System Company dated 1929, circulation advertisements for <em>The Nor-West Farmer</em> dating 1918-1926, postal vouchers dated 1925, a notice from the <em>Edmonton Journal</em> circulation department dated 1930, an undated copy of <em>The Canadian Glider Boosters</em>, an undated glass plate negative depicting an unknown man, and an undated photograph depicting Howard Douglas. Fonds also includes a copied map depicting western Canada dated 1790, and various other maps depicting areas in northwestern Canada in the years 1874-1916 such as the North West Mounted Police territory, the Canadian Pacific Railway lines, the Riel Rebellion territory, the Elevators in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and the Northern and Southern Alberta Disposition of Lands.

Collection consists of various records relating to the City of Edmonton Street Railway Department, Edmonton Street Railroad and Radial Railway, Canadian National Railroad, Canadian Northern Railway Company, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, Grand Trunk Pacific Companies, Northern Alberta Railways Company, Edmonton, Dunvegan and British Columbia Railway Company, and Central Canada Railway Company. Collection includes financial records, passenger statistics, correspondence, telegrams, equipment inventories, specifications and advertising catalogues, tenders, equipment and track standards, duplicate certificates of title, newsletters, newspaper clippings, a conductor's book, public notices and transit system schedules, employee files and seniority lists, radio advertising broadcast transcripts and advertising copy. Collection also includes plans and maps depicting various areas in Edmonton, Alberta that are serviced by transit and railroad companies. Collection also includes photographs that depict the interior and renovations of a street-car, and various railroad construction crews and equipment.

Collection consists of lantern slides depicting photographs and drawings of First Nations people in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, maps depicting the Dominion of Canada, a photograph album depicting farm scenes along the Canadian Pacific Railways (CPR) line in Manitoba and Assiniboia and a souvenir album for the Fifth Congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the Empire which depicts members of the congress as they traveled to various cities across Canada. The collection also includes a letter from William Aberhart to R.H. Babbage of Westmount, Quebec.
