Collection consists of photographs depicting bison, elk and various views in early Edmonton and Wainwright, Alberta.

The collection consists of materials related to the operation of the Florence Hotel in Killiam, Alberta created by Theo Skagen dating from 1916 to 1926, a negative of the Parliament Building by J.A. Brown dating from 1920, a copy of a map of the Westmount neighborhood in Edmonton circa 1910, a map of the Yellowhead Highway from Edmonton to Lloydminster, Alberta dating from the 1960s, and a photograph of Morley, Alberta taken by A.W. "Nick" Carter in 1920.

The collection consists of 15 photographs of the Banff area including views of "Beehive Mountain", a waterfall at "Johnson's Creek", a canoe, and the Banff Springs Hotel; a photograph of Vancouver; a photograph of Santa Monica featuring electric street lights; a photograph of New York Woolworth Building; two photographs of unidentified women; and two photographs of an unidentified harbor. The photographs date from ca. 1918 and were taken by an unknown photographer.

The fonds consists of 20 photographs and 12 postcards featuring scenes of Calgary, Banff, and Blackie, Alberta dating from ca. 1923.

The collection consists of two photograph albums. The first album contains 98 photographs, possibly of a survey trip in northern Alberta, and includes images of nature scenes, men being transported by boat, the men at camp, and the men cutting trees. The second album includes 92 photographs, possibly from about 1914, and one photograph tucked in the back from 1932 of a small girl, Pam; the images in this album include nature scenes, the MacDonald Hotel, Edmonton stores, a detachment of First World War soldiers, Edmonton during a flood, bridges, trains and various unidentified people pursuing leisure activities (such as boating, picnics).

The collection consists of images of the Donatville Church fire in 1982.

The collection consists of five photographs featuring views of Edmonton during a flood in 1915 including Currie Street, Edmonton Boat Building Co, 5th Street Bridge, Low Level Bridge, and Ross Flats from McDougall Hill.

The collection consists of records that did not fit the mandate of the Greater Vernon Museum and Archives and includes photographs of the Lieutenant Governor of the North-West Territories, Edgar Dewdney, homesteads and farmhouses, aboriginal families and women trainees at the Air Observer School; a Drumheller District Tourist Guide; an issue of "The Roteller," the official bulletin of the Drumheller Rotary Club and mechanically produced photographic reproductions of various mountain scenes including Banff Springs Hotel.

Collection consists of various pamphlets regarding the postal system in Canada dating 1914-1931, blank letterhead for Strathcona's Horse, an advertising newsletter for the dentist Dr. H. Barrie Millican of Calgary, Alberta dated ca. 1919, a contest poster from General Mailstores System Company dated 1929, circulation advertisements for <em>The Nor-West Farmer</em> dating 1918-1926, postal vouchers dated 1925, a notice from the <em>Edmonton Journal</em> circulation department dated 1930, an undated copy of <em>The Canadian Glider Boosters</em>, an undated glass plate negative depicting an unknown man, and an undated photograph depicting Howard Douglas. Fonds also includes a copied map depicting western Canada dated 1790, and various other maps depicting areas in northwestern Canada in the years 1874-1916 such as the North West Mounted Police territory, the Canadian Pacific Railway lines, the Riel Rebellion territory, the Elevators in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and the Northern and Southern Alberta Disposition of Lands.

The fonds consists of 18 postcards of Edmonton dating from 1902-1912.
