The fonds consists of records documenting the Society’s planning and presentation of its annual concert series and of its workshops, the latter presented from 1985 to 1994. It has been arranged into three series: Administration; Concerts, Events and Artistic files; and Fundraising and
Development.

This collection consists of posters and notices created primarily by University of Victoria Students' Society (Alma Mater Society) clubs and University of Victoria academic departments for the purposes of advertising meetings, events and courses, and to raise awareness about social, political and university issues.

The fonds consists of house chronicles; local council minutes; local accounts; Board of Management minutes; financial records (including those relating to gifts, loans, property issues, accounts, contracts, and buildings); guest books; correspondence; records relating to the Chapel; historical monographs; biographical material and subject files. Many of the records document the formation of the South Vancouver Island Hospital Society and the subsequent transfer of St. Joseph's Hospital (later Victoria General Hospital) by the Sisters of St. Ann to that society.

The fonds consists of the following series: Victoria College history files, including biographies, McGill years; UVic campus development files; UVic Committee files; UVic facts files; UVic history files, including athletics, biographies, clippings; Multitude of the Wise manuscript files; and Development of Gordon head Campus manuscript files. The history files include biographical material on: Thomas Cornett, Jeffree Cunningham, Percy Elliott, Walter Gage, Edward B. Paul, Russell Howard and Samuel Willis (Victoria College); and Hugh Farquhar, Harry Hickman, Willard Ireland, Howard Petch, Robert Petrie, David Strong, Malcolm Taylor, Robert Wallace and Robin Wood (UVic).

The fonds consists of minutes, 1928-1938, and 2 letters from 1936.

The fonds consists of correspondence, reports, clippings, photographs and hand-drawn maps that document Madsen's involvement in various environmental campaigns in the Okanagan region. Campaigns include: Bodega Head, 1962; Brent Mountain, 1961-92; Spotted Lake, 1978-89; Trout Creek, 1972-93; and Uranium, 1971-95. The fonds also includes several files on the Sierra Club, 1971-83; and the Okanagan Similkameen Parks Society, 1966-69; and 4 chalk drawings of landscapes.

Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Columbia Lodge No.
2 from 1870 to 1884. Columbia Lodge No. 2 is based
in Victoria, BC.
