The fonds consists of minute and cash books, Tweedsmuir history books, photographs, house histories, local histories, and subject files pertaining to the activities of the Yarker-Colebrook Women’s Institute. There are two Tweedsmuir histories in the fonds. One of the Tweedsmuirs is more traditional in scope; it focuses on the history of the villages and the Women’s Institute. The traditional Tweedsmuir contains photographs of the village of Colebrook, including pictures of Main Street before the fire, newspaper articles, information and photographs of boys who served in World War II, information from the Canada Directory pertaining to the area, from 1857 and 1858, pictures of past Yarker-Colebrook Presidents, a history of Yarker, including its settlement and the evolution of the Simcoe Falls, and a history of Colebrook. The second Tweedsmuir is a collection of newspaper clippings and was mainly assembled by Mrs. William Jackson. It contains a number of articles about the Royal Family, including photographs from magazines. It also has some history of Women’s Institute work, articles about World War I and World War II, a history of Brookside School, as well as photographs of members and programmes. The fonds consists of minutes, cashbooks, accounts, correspondence, publicity files, reports, reference files, and scrapbooks.

Fonds contains photographs and textual records pertaining to the descendants of Isaac Wry, which were handed down to and kept by his great granddaughter, Pauline Mary (Alward) Spatz. Most of the content refers to Pauline, her parents John Bunyan and Mabel Lena (Wry) Alward, and her grandparents John Willard and Jennie Grace (Snowdon) Wry, as well as other close relatives. The records listed here were part of a donation that also included a number artifacts.

The fonds consists of photographs of the Wrathall photography business in the Prince Rupert area. Photographs depict people (including natives), buildings, railways, and industry in Prince Rupert, Hazelton, and in settlements on the northern coast of B.C. and southern coast of Alaska.

Fonds consists of textual material, including funeral notices, 1899-1970; Woodbridge Council minutes (printed), 1925, 1930; Woodbridge voters lists, 1954, 1963, 1968; Town of Vaughan voters lists, 1974, 1979; Vaughan Township and Woodbridge telephone directories, 1946; notebooks listing Woodbridge reeves, councillors, auditors, and hydro commissioners for period 1882-1906; Woodbridge Citizen's Band, cash book, 1917-32; autograph book, 1896-1906; newspapers, 1913-1983; financial documents, predominantly Alvin Wood's tax receipts; text books, promotional exams and test answer sheets for various disciplines belonging to Mr. Wood. Also of note: 6 original letters of Vaughan's earliest settlers describing life in the area, 1843-1860.
