The fonds consists of records from the Prince Rupert Library Board. It includes annual reports and librarian's reports from 1923- 1973, correspondence from 1928- 1937, invoices from 1939, and a 1974 proposal for an extension.

The fonds consists of photographs of the Wrathall photography business in the Prince Rupert area. Photographs depict people (including natives), buildings, railways, and industry in Prince Rupert, Hazelton, and in settlements on the northern coast of B.C. and southern coast of Alaska.

The fonds consists of constitution and bylaws, minutes, membership lists, correspondence, programs, financial records, and reference material of the Prince Rupert Book Club from 1930- 2001.

The fonds consists of scrapbooks and photographs related to activities of community theatre groups in Prince Rupert from 1960- 1970. 192 photographs were removed from the scrapbooks for archival storage. Within the scrapbooks there are newspaper clippings regarding high school productions, programs, correspondence, and certificates. Photographs depict various actors who were involved in plays during that time period.

The fonds consists of negatives and proofs of portraits taken by Photo Arts Studio in 1971.
