The collection consists of academic gowns, caps, hoods and other objects related to convocation at Wilfrid Laurier University

The fonds consists of material related to the convocation tradition at Wilfrid Laurier University and its predecessors Waterloo College and Waterloo Lutheran University. It includes programs, videotapes of the ceremony, guestbooks, invitations and photographs.

The sous-fonds consists of a variety of materials related to the Sisters of St. Joseph Concert Band, including photographs, various textual records, scrapbooks, audio cassettes, and compact discs.
