The fonds consists of photographs and textual records from various members of the Nemetz family, including the Dayson family, the Barnett family, and the Fader family.

The fonds is arranged into four series: Nathan Nemetz scrapbooks and photograph albums (photocopies); Textual records; Photographs; Audio/Visual.

This fonds contains the records of the NB Highland Games and Scottish Festival since 2003 when it was separated from the NB Scottish Society. It consists of minutes, reports, promotional materials (phamplets, flyers, newspaper articles) for most of the Highland Games, 2003-2011. In some cases only some of these records are currently available.

Photographs of Deseronto, Ontario dating from the 1970s to 2011, depicting a variety of Town events. They include a set of aerial photographs of the town from the 1980s; the interior of the former Home Hardware store in the Baker Block on Main Street; the O’Connor House on Main Street before its demolition; the 1989 100th Anniversary celebrations, photographs of Centennial Park and Rathbun Memorial Park; the opening of the Deseronto Public Library in its 358 Main Street location in 2001; the Ontario Provincial Police handover ceremony in 2001; an Easter Parade from the early 2000s; a Santa Parade; the 2002 New Year’s Levee; and the 2010 Olympic Flame run in Deseronto.

Most of the photographs appear to have been taken by Town staff. One envelope was donated to the Town by Irene Usher and contains photographs taken by her late husband, Tom.

The fonds consists of promotional materials, most notably full-colour posters, surrounding the shortlisting and adjudication of potential winners and the subsequent selection and celebration of winners of the prestigious prizes. Also included are media clippings and press releases surrounding the event.

Collection consists of posters designed by Will Munro for events organized by him at various venues in downtown Toronto. Posters employ a variety of media and processes, including silkscreen and photocopies. Some of these posters were featured in Will Munro: Total Eclipse, July 31 – September 26, 2010, part of the Toronto Now series of exhibitions at the AGO. Silk-screening of many of the posters was carried out by Michael Comeau.

The fonds consists of records relating to the functions of the Women’s Auxiliary to the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1947 to 2009; most predominantly their fundraising operations, which document the growth of the Gallery. The fonds consists of annual reports, meeting minutes, financial statements, loans list, sales forms, receipt books, bank books, Certificate(s) of Change in Constitution, drafts and revisions, correspondence, member lists, Noreen Anderson award records, Alumni Association records, programs, reservations, and rentals records, bulletins, newsletters, requests, job descriptions, mission statements and objectives, a personal notebook, newspaper clippings (some copied from scrapbooks), ephemera, correspondence, prize lists, statements, lists of sales, lists of recommendations and regulations, original art work, applications, programs, agendas, maps, publicity, ticket sales, catalogues, policies, permits, histories, and scrapbooks. The fonds consists of records documenting the Society’s planning and presentation of its annual concert series and of its workshops, the latter presented from 1985 to 1994. It has been arranged into three series: Administration; Concerts, Events and Artistic files; and Fundraising and
Development.

The fonds consists of records relating to the planning, administrative, fundraising, promotional, documentary and curatorial activities of the Artropolis exhibitions. These materials include: budgets, grant applications, proposals, research files and site plans; correspondence, financial statements, fundraising letters, logos, licenses and contracts, employee and volunteer files, minutes and reports; press releases and sponsorship agreements, banners, brochures and posters; and artists’ résumés and applications, attendance records, comment books, exhibition catalogues, scrapbooks, photo albums, photographs, video recordings, and artwork.

This fonds consists of administrative records, including minutes and treasurer's books (1990-1998), as well as newspaper clipping scrapbooks and photographs reflecting the members, activities, events, conventions and dances organized or particpated in by the Lighthouse Squares square dancing club of Southampton, Ontario, originally known as the Town and Country Swingers Square Dance Club of Port Elgin, Ontario.
