This fonds contains the records of the Royal Edward Chapter of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire since its organization in Charlottetown in 1901. This fonds consists of microfilmed copies of the minute books and financial records of the Order of the Eastern Star in Kensington, PEI, from its inception in 1955 to 1994. The fonds consists of various textual records of the Learning Disability Association of Prince Edward Island spanning the years 1973 to 1999. The records are divided into two series: Administrative files and Programs/Activities. Series 1 consists of records pertaining to the structure and internal activities of the organization. Series 2 is comprised of records of the activities and programs organized by the association for the benefit of members and the public at large.

Provincial Chapter, I.O.D.E. fonds

The fonds consists of the minutes of the Provincial Chapter of the I.O.D.E., May 1962-November 1986, reports of annual meetings, 1968-2002, working files which include constitution and bylaws, a regent's handbook, lists of chapter officers, project documentation, activities, newspaper clippings and a scrapbook. The fonds also contains the constitution and minutes of some National annual meetings as well as a scrapbook, newspaper clippings, and photographs of the now defunct Royalty Chapter.

This fonds consists of files of the Alpha Y's Men's Club. The original chronological arrangement of a file per year has been maintained. The files document the activities of the club and includes items such as: meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, local and maritime newsletters, conference information, concert programmes and photographs. Further photographs, negatives, and slides as well as an audiotape and an attendance ledger follow the annual files.

Grand Orange Lodge of Prince Edward Island fonds

The fonds consists of the records of the Grand Orange Lodge of Prince Edward Island. The fonds includes bound and typed proceedings of annual meetings (1862-1998), District, County and Grand Lodge returns (1978-1999), annual reports (1962-1994), a roll book (1927-1978) and correspondence. A certificate of incorporation of the Heartsville Primary Lodge (1866) and some code and ritual books are also included. Some information about the Protestant Orphanage and the Protestant Children's Trust, Maritime Orange Council, and other activities can be found in the fonds. Finally, the records include an oversized photograph of delegates from the Grand Orange Lodge, Grand Black Chapter and Ladies Orange Lodge Association of British America taken in front of Prince of Wales College, Charlottetown, in 1918.

Elliot giving an outdoor lecture on the monuments in Queens Square (10 August 1997).

This fonds consists of two microfilm copies of minute books of the Alexandra Lodge. The minute books date from 1864 to 1978 and contain communications of meetings, names of members, officers, and visitors, and payments and bills. The second minute book also records the number of people at each meeting.
