Sous-fonds forms part of Wyman family fonds and consists of letters written by Maynard's brother Wilfred while serving overseas during World War I. The sous-fonds also contains a letter from Wilfred's girlfriend to Maynard written after Wilfred's death.

Sous-fonds forms part of Wyman family fonds and consists of letters written to Wilfred, a notebook kept by Wilfred while overseas and his personal effects which were returned to his mother upon his death. Also contained with his records is a photograph of Wilfred's girlfriend, Ella Urquhart. Containted among Wilfred's personal effects was a pocket knife, a pipe, watch, scissors, wallet, battalion badge, dog tags and one medal. These items were transferred to the Museum's artifact collection.
