The collection consists of papers and photographs gathered by Gary Carroll. The collection includes correspondence relating to his research on Governor Walter Patterson, information regarding the 1965 Federal-Provincial Youth Travel Program to Manitoba, papers and images belonging to his father, Linus J. Carroll, an account book for Hemphill and Carroll furniture upholstering and refinishing (1945-1948), financial statements for Archer and MacDonald Limited (1967), and images of various buildings, individuals, and groups. Many of the images have been identified and dated by the donor.

This collection consists of two photographs, including the Marguerite Intermediate League of Cross girls basketball team, 1923, and an unidentified drama group, possibly related to Holy Redeemer. Some individuals are identified.

The fonds contains 76 loose album pages from a scrapbook kept by Peter Shama for the period 1954-1970s. The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings, programs, ticket stubs, and invitations chronicling Peter's involvement with the local theatre community, particularly the Little Theatre Guild of Charlottetown. The fonds also includes Dominion Drama Festival programs and Charlottetown Summer Festival programs, as well as programs and ticket stubs from several smaller festivals and productions. The fonds also contains a photograph album containing 38 images (many of which are identified), a 1958 PEI Drama Festival Best Director trophy, and an A. Y. P. A. 1950 Drama Festival silver spoon.

The collection consists of several volumes related to Scottish and Irish genealogy, one on the Catholic clergy on P.E.I., two medical certificates of Daniel E. Morris, and 18 photographs of individuals and groups related to theatre productions, catholic clergy, Morris family, theatre productions, etc.

This collection consists of a photograph by C. Lewis of the cast of unidentified play. The group includes F. W. Hyndman as well as Major Weeks and Major Bartlett.

The fonds consists of personal and business papers, correspondence, sketchbooks, writings, photographs, and other records belonging to Erica Rutherford (1923-2008). The records, which span the years ca. 1930s-2005, document Rutherford's various careers as an actor, set designer, director painter, printmaker, teacher, illustrator, and writer. The fonds also consists of personal papers which provide insight into the private life of an individual who struggled with gender identity from a young age, ultimately undergoing transsexual surgery to live her life as a woman. The fonds contains 37 large format glass plate negatives of government, theatre, family and sports groups, in particular classes and debating teams of Prince of Wales College, members of Charlottetown City Council, and bowling, hockey, basketball and track athletes.
