Consists of minutes of the University Theatres Advisory Committee.

Fonds consists of seven series: (I) Committees and Review Task Force; (II) Subject files; (III) Exhibition files; (IV) Registrar's Exhibition files (V) Special Events; (VI) Financial records; and (VII) Annual Reports. Transitory financial records were culled from this fonds. These records included cheque requisitions, interdepartmental billings, purchase orders, petty cash notices, courier information, ex-cons, vehicle expenses, room bookings, catering information and journal vouchers. Also culled were blank forms, membership information for outside organizations, duplicates of minutes, reports or catalogues and catalogues/circulars received from external sources.

Fonds consists of issues of "Killam World" and "Killam Calgary Review".

Fonds consists of Stadelbauer's training certificates and course notes, personal and professional correspondence, travel scrapbooks, personal and students' sketches, departmental administrative records, minutes of numerous university committees, fine arts program development records, personal and departmental financial records, art facility building drawings, course outlines, teaching notes, students' essays and other coursework, exams, records from professional organisations such as the Allied Arts Council and the Alberta Society of Artists, photographs of people and completed artworks, and sound recordings including music and radio interviews. The fonds also contains a small number (3 grey boxes) of records belonging to Helen's sister, Isabel Stadelbauer. These records include personal and professional correspondence, as well as records of the Alberta Society of Artists, for whom Isabel acted as Secretary-Treasurer for several years.

Fonds consists of Faculty of Fine Arts Council minutes (1970-1977, 1997-2000); Dean's Advisory committee minutes (1987-1998); issues of "Repetoire" (1981), "Arts/Notes" (1980-1982), annual reports (1991-1993) and pamphlets.

Fonds consists of drafts and original copies of papers and articles written by Dr. Rasporich. Also includes correspondence, personal annual reports (1995, 1998-1999), course outlines and material, research material, and teaching evaluations.

The fonds consists of three series: (1) Administrative files (2) Concert Programs and (3) Audio-visual materials.

Fonds consists of production files (1973-1993) including imprints of the annual publication of ARIEL, galleys, proofs, pasteup sheets, files on contributors and subscription lists from 1971-1998. Also includes administrative files (1970-1975) of minutes of the editorial board, budgets and advertising correspondence.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to departmental productions including photographs, production meeting minutes, prompt scripts and associated material; Department of Drama meeting minutes (1969-1977) and slides. The fonds is arranged into four series: (1) Minutes (2) Production files (3) Prompt scripts and (4) Slides.
