Biographical history

Né à Macamic, comté d'Abitibi-Ouest, le 7 décembre 1911, Joseph Hermann Bolduc est le fils d'Arthur Bolduc et de Marie-Anne Roy. Il s'établit à Rouyn-Noranda, en 1935, après avoir suivi un cours de photographie par correspondance. Son premier studio est situé à Noranda, il déménage en 1945 sur l'avenue Principale à Rouyn et y exploite son studio à cet endroit jusqu'en 1979, année où il se retire du milieu des affaires. Il épouse Gratia de la Chevrotière le 16 avril 1956. Il décède à Rouyn-Noranda en 1990
