The fonds consists of minutes, programs, correspondence, club bulletins, photographs, histories, newsclippings and other textual material related to the community service activities and the administration of the Kinsmen Club of Ladner-Tsawwassen. Fonds includes records pertaining to the planning and construction of Kinsmen House, the Kinsmen Water Park and Mountain View Park playground as well as other records pertaining to other charitable activities. Fonds also includes records pertaining to the administration of the Club and its relationship with other Kinsmen bodies on a provincial and national basis. Included in the fonds are membership rosters of Kinsmen Clubs in British Columbia and the constitution and by-laws of the Association of Kinsmen Clubs.
