Kootenay Gallery of Art, History and Science
The centre houses artifacts, archival records and historical reference material relating to the West Kootenays. The archival holdings consist primarily of photographs of the West Kootenay area (including the Arrow Lakes, Castlegar, the Slocan Valley, Trail, and other communities) depicting people and community activities, general scenes, mining, forestry and other industry (including transportation), the military, and Doukhobors in the region. Holdings incorporate historical photographs collected by the Castlegar and District Museum.

March-June: Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
June-December: Tuesday - Saturday 10 am-5 pm, Sundays Noon - 4 pm
