The fonds consists of materials created in the administration of the Loutit Memorial Cycl-a-thon in 1996. The fonds consists of minutes, agenda, a list of cyclists, and a promotional poster of the Loutit Memorial Cycl-a-thon. A t-shirt illustrated by Seyi Etim commemorating the event features a man representing Mr. Loutit cycling past the Brick School.
