Biographical history

Montreal YMCA senior executives met in various groups: the Operations Management Group, the Secretarial Cabinet, the Staff Management Group, SECOM (Staff Executive Committee of Management), the Senior Management Group, and in City-Wide staff meetings. They participated in regional (e.g., Ontario-Quebec), Canadian national, and Canada-U.S. groups, including the North American Employed Officers Association, the Association of Secretaries (AOS), the AOS (Canada) chapter, and the North American Urban Group. On the global scale, they participated in the World Federation of Secretaries.
