Arrangement

The fonds was originally arranged by the West Vancouver Historical Society into series by year. However, the arrangement was inconsistent, particularly for the textual records. In February 2008, the fonds was re-arranged into 6 series based on the form and function of the materials. The photographs remained divided by year at the file level within a single photograph series. None of the records were physically moved in the reorganization. A detailed finding aid and photograph reference binders are available.
