Biographical history
The Toronto Hospital’s chief administrative officer was the President/CEO who reported directly to the Chair of the hospital’s Board of Trustees. The President/CEO heads the chief administrative body of TTH, the Executive Committee.
Mr. Vickery M Stoughton (1986-1991) and Dr. Alan R. Hudson (1991-1999) have served as TTH President and CEO.

Series consists of bound minutes and documents accumulated by the Office of the President. Much of the material relates to the Toronto General Hospital. File 9.1.4 includes a banking by-law from October 16, 1989.

Records in this series were transferred to the Archives on July 17, 2003 from the TTH Office of the President. These records were all maintained together in a locked fireproof safe.
