Fonds consists of formal correspondence between the Associated Boards of Trade and external organizations. Included with this correspondence are financial records, usually receipts for money sent to an organization.

The fonds contains records created or received by the Society in the course of carrying out its responsibilities. The fonds consists of two series: minutes and financial records.

Fonds consists of three record series: Westminster Presbytery and Executive meeting minutes (1925-1998); Correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary (1927-1959; 1977-1989); Subject files of the Presbytery Secretary (1950-1992); Pastoral Charge files of the Presbytery Secretary 1975-1992); and Roll of Presbytery (1930-1935).

The collection consists of exterior and interior views of the building, images of the grounds and the general area, staff and student activities. Photographs of the fire of the 1944 and the tearing down of the building are among the images. The collection also includes photographs of staff, students, and activities at St. Peters (parochial) School (New Westminster).

The John B.Sclater fonds consists of personal papers, correspondence, ledgers, survey reports, specification sheets, vouchers, and duty papers related to his activities as Port Warden and Private Marine Surveyor.

The New Westminster Horticultural Society fonds contains minute books, financial records, the constitution, membership newsletters and lists, general correspondence, and pamphlets on garden shows held by the society and other horticultural societies. The bulk of the material was created by the executive members of the society in conjunction with their duties, and a smaller amount of material was created by various horticultural societies in BC.

The fonds consists of a letterbook of correspondence outward as well as a scrapbook.

Fonds consists of correspondence, diaries, annuals, a scrapbook, legal records, newspaper clippings, a collection of certificates, and photographs. These records pertain to activities in which the members of the Allison family engaged in both in New Westminster and other locations. Fonds is composed of the following series: Military Records, Professional/Civic Records, Scholastic Records, Legal Records, Matheson Mansion Records, Athletic Records, Family Records, and Fraternal Organizations Records.
