Collection consists of photocopies of records relating to Enderby and District from the B.C. Provincial Archives, the Surveyor General's Office, and the Heritage Conservation Branch. Includes correspondence and reports concerning the establishment of the Spallumcheen First Nation reserve; correspondence and reports concerning land grants, district lots, roads and bridges, homesteaders, squatters, and the government policy towards land grants in the railway belt, plus lists of pre-emptions from township registers and district lots registers. Also includes copies of corresondence concerning the Columbia Flouring Mill (1908-1915), copies of pages from the B.C. Provincial Police diaries kept by Enderby constables(1939-1950), plus copies of the census records (1891, 1901) for the district. Maps of roads, towns, homesteads and district lots accompany some of the correspondence.

Fonds consists of records created by the Rainbow River Players, including posters, programs, correspondence, and financial records, plus a copy of the many scripts they used or considered using for performances. It also includes a photograph album with newspaper clippings plus coloured photographs of the actors and scenes from most of their productions.

Fonds consists of powder sales books (1959-1971) listing the farmer's name, residence and quantity of explosives. It also includes magazine licences (1953-1972), a booklet describing the Explosives Act and Regulations, invoices, and a Bank of Montreal deposit book (1958).

Includes correspondence and reports from the Kingfisher Round Table (1994), community sewage system (1996), and MAKERS (1995-2000); the first application, correspondence and maps regarding a proposal for multi-family units plus minutes recording written submissions at two public hearings and minutes recording the decisions made by NORD directors (1995); six development applications for multi-family residences, single family residences, and the Mabel Lake Golf Course with related residential development and commercial buildings (1999-2001). Also includes correspondence, assessment records and maps regarding property owned by NORD for public purposes and crown land required for the Mabel Lake boat launch project.
