The records of Oakland United Church came to The United Church of Canada Archives-Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario as part of two transfers of records from the High Bluff / Oakland Pastoral charge in 1979 and 1997, and from the Wawanesa Pastoral charge in 1989.

The surviving records of Oakland United Church include: Sacramental Register pertaining to Baptisms (1903-1947); Marriages (1903-1942), and Burials (1903-1949); records of the Ladies' Auxiliary, including minutes (1937-1946); records from the Jr. Ladies' Aid, including minutes and annual reports (1955-1962); records from the W.M.S., including minutes (1924-1930); records from the W.A., including a cash book ((1934-1946); records of annual meetings, including minutes, reports and financial statements (1960-1967); records from the Oakland Official Board, including minutes (1949-1959); records from the Oakland, Prospect, Jackson Official Board, including minutes (1924-1960); records from Oakland Union/United, including financial records (1924-1958), records from Oakland annual meetings, including minutes (1925-1949); records from the Oakland Pastoral Charge, including service bulletins (1949-1951); and a communion roll (1913-1927, 1948-1958).
