Ce plan présente les terrains appartenant à John Young. Ces terrains sont situés dans le triangle formé par les rues Upper Lachine (devenue Saint-Jacques) et Gregory (devenue Atwater) et le Canal Lachine. Ce sont les lots n° 2173 à 2286 du cadastre de la municipalité de la paroisse de Montréal. Les terrains sont divisés en 121 lots. John Young se réserve un grand lot près du Canal Lachine. Les rues Saint-John (devenue Greene), Harrison (devenue Bérard) et Frederick (devenue Doré) sont toutes situées dans Westmount. Les autres rues proposées ne l'ont pas été.
