Ce plan présente une partie de la Ferme des Prêtres, divisée en lotissements pour être vendus. Cette ferme est située dans le quadrilatère formé par les rues Sainte-Catherine, Guy, Dorchester (devenue boulevard René-Lévesque), du Fort et Chomedey à Montréal. Ce sont les lots n° 1654 à 1680 du cadastre du quartier Saint-Antoine de la cité de Montréal. Les lots ont été numérotés de 1 à 80. Le Séminaire se réserve les 13 premiers lots à l'intersection des rues Sainte-Catherine et Guy. Sont localisées sur ce lot une maison, une grange et des dépendances.
