Ce plan présente les lots mis en vente par le Séminaire de Montréal d'une partie de la ferme des Prêtres. Ces lots sont situés entre les rues Dorchester (devenue boulevard René-Lévesque), Guy, Sainte-Catherine et au-delà de Saint-Pierre (devenue Saint-Mathieu) à Montréal. Il s'agit du lot n° 1592 et 1622 à 1625 du cadastre du quartier Saint-Antoine de la cité de Montréal. Le Séminaire aurait voulu ouvrir la rue Saint-Julien dans le milieu du lot, mais ce projet ne s'est pas réalisé. Une maison et une grange sont localisées sur la partie du lot comprise à l'intersection des rues Dorchester et Guy. Cette partie est réservée pour le Séminaire. Les propriétaires des lots situés le long de la rue Dorchester sont l'Hôpital Saint-Patrick, E. J. Penny, J. Milton, Monsieur Franklin, George Desbarats et le juge Guy. La plupart des propriétés ont été divisées en 45 lotissements
