Ce plan montre la propriété située entre les rues Dorchester et Sherbrooke mentionnée et référée dans le partage entre les héritiers de l'honorable Thomas Mackay passé devant les notaires soussignés ce 7 septembre 1866 signé et paraphé afin qu'il n'y soit rien changé par les parties du dit partage et devant nous notaires pour l'identification et en faire partie. Ce plan situe aussi l'emplacement de l'église Saint-Jacques, des rues Redpath, Sainte-Catherine et Simpson de même que du projet de développement pour la rue Mackay. Il mentionne également les noms des notaires H. Brodie et Wm F. Lighthall et des personnes suivantes : Jessie et Thomas M. Clark; E.P. Hannaford; Elisabeth et Thomas C.
