Ce plan représente la partie sud-ouest de la ferme Saint-Gabriel appartenant au Séminaire de Montréal. Il s'agit de la partie de la Pointe Saint-Charles comprise entre le Canal Lachine, la rue Wellington, le chemin de fer du Grand Tronc et la rue Saint-Luke (devenue d'Argenson). La rivière Saint-Pierre traverse ces terrains. Les principaux édifices présents sur le plan sont les édifices de la ferme sur la rue Saint-Patrick ainsi que la Canada Sugar Refinery et la Saint-Gabriel Hydraulic Company. Le bassin Ostell et le Saint-Gabriel Square entre les rues Centre, Island, Saint-Andrew (devenue Laprairie) et des Manufactures, sont aussi présents sur le plan. Les principaux voisins sont le gouvernement provincial, le chemin de fer du Grand Tronc, les religieuses de la Congrégation, Francis Mullins, Robert Knox, Benjamin Brewster et H. Stephens. Les lots sont numérotés de 419 à 1112 alors que plusieurs sont indiqués vendus. Seules les mesures de rues sont indiquées
