The fonds contains copies of several articles written or edited by Doug Baldwin as well as a copy of "She answered every call: the life of public health nurse Mona Gordon Wilson (1894-1981)". Also included are notes, research materials and taped interviews on Mona Wilson and on public health in PEI. They have been divided into series by title.

The fonds consists of the personal and career related papers of Mona Wilson. These are comprised of correspondence (personal and official), speeches, journals, educational records, career related papers, photographs, newspaper clippings, published documents and medals and awards (including documentation). The nine series, which roughly mirror the chronology of her life and career are as follows:
