Fonds contains a bill of lading dated November 26, 1892, a letter written to Lemuel Publicover by Elias Sampson on January 1, 1984, a receipt issued by M.J. Bates on July 26, 1896, and a receipt issued by John White and Company on June 30, 1896.

File consists of an account statement and letter from the Pictou Probate Office dated 1842 relating to fees owed on the estate of James MacIntosh, who died in the 1820s.

This fonds includes a ledger created by the Provincial Workmen's Association, Pioneer Lodge No.1 to track membership dues payments. This fonds also includes the contract agreement between the Canada Coal and Railroad Company Ltd and its employees, along with various receipts from members.
