History
The Rocky Mountain Rangers Museum and Archives was established in 1984 in Kamloops, B.C, and is operated in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Rangers Regiment and Rocky Mountain Rangers Society. It acquires, preserves, and makes accessible artifacts, archival records, and historical reference material relating primarily to the Rocky Mountain Rangers, a militia regiment.

The museum acquires, preserves, and makes accessible viewing of artifacts, archival records and historical reference material as it relates primarily to the Rocky Mountain Rangers. Holdings include: extensive photographic (in excess of 3000) records as well as original textual records including Unit/BN Routine Orders, Nominal Rolls, operational records and numerous letters/telegrams from the early 1900s. The Rocky Mountain Rangers Museum is superimposed upon an active Militia regiment which gives a unique opportunity to view in excess of artifacts that are on display.
