The records of Sanford United Church came to The United Church of Canada Archives-Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario as part of several transfers of records from Rev. Jim Haverly in 1986, the Gladstone Pastoral charge in 1998, Jan Hayer in 1999 and from the Pastoral charge in 1987.
