The records were accessioned by Dalhousie University Archives in 1970. Prior to that, the materials were partially catalogued by Dalhousie College Library in 1933 in the Edwards Collection.

Very fragile. Paper covers are dirty and disintegrating and ink is bleeding and faded in places.
