Sisters of St. Ann St. Joseph's Province Archives
The Sisters of Saint Ann Archives comprise the non-current records generated by the Sisters of Saint Ann (St. Joseph's Province) in accomplishing their mission. St. Joseph's Province encompasses all the western provinces and two territories of Canada as well as Alaska and Washington State. These documents and materials reflect The Sisters of Saint Ann's origin, history, spirit, growth, internal development, corporate business, members and persons associated with them in their mission. Records generated by sisters who had been a part of the province but were missioned elsewhere in the world (Japan, Chile, Cameroon, Haiti, etc.) are also included in the holdings. A records management programme is in place whereby non-current records from institutions and offices are being sent to the archives at stated intervals.
