The collection consists of photographs collected by the Morgan family. It includes photographs of the Morgan family, a large explosion in the construction of Prince Rupert, rodeos and May Day at Acropolis Hill, picnics, ice hockey, swimmers at Salt Lakes, Grotto Cigar Store, the Skeena River flood in 1936, Borden Street School, portraits of various sports teams and athletes produced by Benson Studios in Prince Rupert, a refrigerator brine tank for CN, the S.S. Catala, the International Longshoremen Association, and pictures of staff and students at Conrad School (1949-1966) and Roosevelt School (1973-1974).

The fonds consists of family photograph albums, loose photos and memorabilia, primarily compiled by Olive Bertram. The photographs document the Burley and Bertram family homes, Salvation Army members including her sister Florence, Sarcee Army Camp and men in uniforms during the First World War, camping trips to the Rocky Mountains in the 1920s, Allan and George as children, the Ford car, and various family members. Includes George’s prize ribbons for running and school exhibition entries for his woodworking.

The fonds consists of an album of photographs of trips to the Rocky Mountains, including views of hiking and mountain climbing.

The fonds consists of photocopies of letters to his family, diaries (1913, 1915-1916, 1919-1922), and articles written the University of Alberta's Northern Review (1921). Fonds consists of ten photograph albums compiled and annotated by May Ellingsen. The albums contain both original and reproduced photographs of Cortes Island and nearby islands, including Twin Islands and Hernando Island. They are accompanied by captions and additional textual information such as pre-emption records, reminiscences and newspaper clippings. Most of the photographs date from the early decades of the 20th century, depicting homes and buildings, pioneer families, community activities, schools, wharves, boats, logging and marine activity. Fonds consists of two series: Series 1 (The May Ellingsen Historic Photograph Collection, Vol. 1-9, Accession 2004.002) and Series 2 (The Manson Family Album, Accession 2004.003).

The fonds consists of Shipley's photographs of Calgary streets and scenic views, air force activities in Alberta, Calgary Stampede rodeo, Royal Visits in 1939 and 1951, and scenes of the Banff area, Edmonton and Saskatoon. Includes an illuminated address presented to Dr. Mills Shipley who served in the Lethbridge prisoner of war camp hospital during the Second World War,1941.

It includes minutes of general, Board, committee, and staff meetings; correspondence; financial records; survey reports and questionnaires; reports on the community planning process; records of the Hillhurst-Sunnyside Community Information Centre; records of social service projects; records and photographs of sports activities and social activities; the community newsletter, the Hillhurst-Sunnyside Citizen; membership lists; personnel records; architectural plans; files on other community associations and on topics of general interest to the Association; and records documenting the conceptualization and development of the Sunnyhill Housing Cooperative. Includes records documenting the construction of the northwest Light Rail Transit (LRT) line and correspondence regarding various development permits. Also includes extensive historical resources inventory documenting properties and houses throughout the community.

The fonds consists of John's and Wahnita's certificates, scrapbooks, and biographies; and financial records, promotional literature and photographs of the dancing school. Also consists of Ken's pharmacy notebooks, prescription books, financial statements, advertisements, circulars to customers, lease agreements, and miscellaneous pharmacy records. Includes recorded interviews with Wahnita and Ken Penley.

The fonds consists of papers related to the Calgary Stampede, the arts scene in Calgary, Canadian Pacific Railway's Ogden shops, the Sheet metal workers union, the Calgary Zoo, A.E. Jaques clothing store, and the Calgary Horse Show. Also consists of Allan's photographs of Calgary scenes and buildings, and annual Christmas cards sent to the family by Tom Baines.

Fonds consists of photographs of Kenneth Roblin and the West Vancouver Regattas as well as textual records from his camping days in West Vancouver.
