Immediate source of acquisition

St. Albert Historical Society was the sole custodian of the material until its transfer to the Musee Heritage Museum and Archives, St. Albert.

Unsure of how the fonds was originally arranged since documentation is lacking. The archivist attempted to maintain the filing system of the St. Albert Historical Society where it was apparent.
