Fonds consists of material dealing with various topics regarding the Second World War, including Operation Overlord, Operation Husky, Operation Torch, the Battle of the Atlantic, manpower and the Dominion navies. Also includes naval policy index cards used by Roskill for volumes 1 and 2 of the "Naval Policy between the Wars". Includes memoranda, summary accounts, correspondence and other documents.
