The surviving records of Stony Mountain United Church include: Sacramental Register pertaining to Baptisms (1928-1955), Marriages (1927-1956), and Burials (1928-1956); Roll of Communicants (1955); records of Congregational Membership, including minutes of Session (1969-1977), and minutes of Congregational Meetings (1979-1984); records of Congregational Meetings (1921-1959); records of the Board and Committees, including receipts and disbursements (1914-1929, 1953-1972), weekly offering (1927-1928), and minutes of Meetings of the Official Board (1960-1984); records of the Stewards and Property Management (1968-1989); records of Lay Associations, including minutes of the Ladies Aid (1926-1936), minutes of the W.M.S. (1922-1937), minutes of the W.M.S. and Ladies Aid (1937-1946, 1957-1959), minutes of the U.C.W. (1970-1971, 1975-1983), records of the U.C.W. Evening Unit (1974-1979), receipts and disbursements of the Evening Unit (1974-1982), records of the U.C.W. Community Friendship Unit (1972-1979), and minutes of the Mission Band (1935-1944).
