Ce plan représente un lot dans le quartier Sainte-Marie à Montréal appartenant à messieurs George Busby et François Cusson. Ce sont les lots n° 301 à 304 du cadastre du quartier Sainte-Marie de la cité de Montréal. Il est situé à l'intersection de rues de la Visitation et Rose à Montréal. Les deux résidences en bois ainsi que les deux étables sont localisées sur le plan. Seule la toilette extérieure sur le lot de Monsieur Busby est indiquée. Les mesures des lots sont précisées. Le voisin immédiat est monsieur James Lamb. Le compromis entre les parties, annoncé dans le titre, a été passé devant le notaire L. A. Moreau le 30 juin 1855
