The fonds consists of materials created or collected by the United Grain Growers Athabasca Local #135 between 1917 and 1996. The fonds consists of a minute book covering the period 1917 to 1996 and a 1990 UGG position paper entitled <i>Vision 2000: The Future Direction of the Grain Handling and Transportation System. Also included are :"History of the United Grain Growers' Local #135" which includes a list of UGG grain managers in Athabasca, Colinton and Perryvale.

Donated by Al Richards in 1999. Mr. Richards was a longtime member of the UGG Local #135 and was president in 1996. 2004 donation from Art Page.
